I know everybody complains about junk mail, yet I don’t see a whole lot written about the subject. I’ll relate an example of companies that just couldn’t care less about you as a prospect. So I’m in a constant battle with myself about psychographics and plain old path analysis and what we should do to improve our site. I’ve been wanting for the longest time to re-design (web design and marketing, don’t faint on me!) our site so it would be more “holistic”, gooey, user-friendly, personalized.
