2012 came to an end with a bang, and not a good one. It seems that our country just decided wholeheartedly to catch the flu. I was bad enough that sales started to become a little sluggish with the impending fiscal cliff that got everyone on edge, but then, after a sigh of relief, people just started getting sick with the flu.

We went o Legoland, FL a few days ago. Legoland takes place on the grounds of what used to be Cypress Gardens, a very popular theme park/botanical gardens. The park closed its doors after an unfortunate hurricane hit it and destroyed its lanscape. there are reminiscence of the old park throughout Legoland for everyone to enjoy. This year for Thanksgiving, I settled on a trip to Legoland, followed by a stay in Cape Canaveral. Initially the kids where not happy about the disruption in the “tradition”. They were concerned they would not have a proper Thanksgiving dinner. After much reassuring that they would at least get a turkey sandwich, yams and green beans (which they don’t like), they gave me the cold shoulder. Since that didn’t work, They proceeded to pouting for a couple of days…
