Cable Carrier Under A Class A RV Slide Out

Most of you are already familiar with our family of hose and cable carriers for automated equipment protection, but of course I couldn’t resist shoving myself under a class A motorhome’ s slide out to get an application picture of the Gortrac Nylatrac in action.  

I think it was the Nylatrac KL Series, but since the owners where in their RV at the time I took the pictures, I didn’t want to push my luck and take time to check the part number. I already had half my body in there,  that was enough. 

Anyway, I never thought that I would see Igus products during my camping trip. And I was pleased to see that braided PET oversleeves and PP convoluted tubing was used on all the cable runs for added protection even though they were already protected from abrasion and the elements by the cable carriers. I guess bend radius is of the essence in motorhomes. Who new?
