I have mixed feelings about the whole “Green”, sustainable living thing. I do recycle heavily at home and at the office, but it’s costing me more money. Despite the cost I have decided to get off the grid. Not because it’s just the right thing to do (because the products and technology available today are unaffordable to the masses and are truly a luxury), but mainly because, unlike Warren Buffet, I do not believe that an economic recovery is possible before a global economic collapse happens and the clocks are reset.

I am often asked what our company’s 5-year plan is; it aggravates me to no end. Sometimes I feel like answering the politically incorrect way: “How would I know when I don’t even know if I’m going to be alive tomorrow?” That IS, by the way, on of the greatest answers to sabotage a job interview.
