Trade shows are a great avenue to catch up with many manufacturer representatives all at once, but also with your vendors. Not to diminish the role of reps., but it is equally, if not more important to keep a direct relationship with key vendors’ personnel.

Eat often but eat light. You need energy to sustain the long and demanding days of conferences and trade shows, but you don’t want to be caught falling asleep at your booth or during a session because you had a burger and fries for lunch. You never know who’s watching.
